How can you place an order?

Add any items you like from our website to your cart. Once you've made your selections, proceed to the payment step. On the following page, you can make your payment using the payment option that suits you best from those listed below.

How can you track your order?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification. You can track your order using the tracking code provided in this email. Alternatively, you can enter the order details on the "My Account" page and track your order using the delivery tracking number listed there.

What are ebebek's delivery options and charges?

We utilise the next-day delivery service of all our collaborating courier companies, however, in cases where the relevant courier company cannot provide next-day delivery service, parcel dispatch is completed within 1-3 working days. 

Shipping is free for orders of £25 and above. For orders under £25, there is a shipping fee of £4.99

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before the courier's cut-off time are dispatched to the courier on the same day. Delivery is made within 1 working day to areas covered by the next-day delivery service, and within 1-3 working days to areas not covered. You can see this timeframe after entering the delivery address zip code at the payment step.

Does ebebek offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping options. We only deliver to the mainland UK and its affiliated islands.

How can you get free delivery?

If your cart total is £25 or more, free shipping will be automatically applied.

Can you change or cancel your order after it's been placed?

Before receiving the email confirming the dispatch of your order, if you contact us through the online chat or "Contact Us" section, we can assist you with cancelling your order.

What should you do if your order hasn't arrived?

How long do you have to return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days after placing your order.

Can you exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and the refund is processed based on the amount the product was purchased for. If you wish to repurchase the same item but there is a price difference, we will issue a discount voucher for the difference when you contact customer service or use online chat.

How long does it take to process a return?

When the product returned for refund reaches our warehouse, necessary evaluations are made. Once the stages are completed, the refund process concludes. This process may take up to 10 working days. We email you the outcome once the process is complete

Will you be refunded for the delivery charges if you return an item?

For orders made under a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item. Returns due to faulty, lost, or damaged parcels are exempt from this process, so the transaction will be completed regardless of whether the remaining items fall below the threshold amount

What should you do if you receive a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that the item you received is faulty. Please use our return portal to request a return and provide photos of the fault so we can promptly address the issue.

Do you need a receipt to return an item?

Once we've approved your return request, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label. No need for a printer.

How will you be refunded for your return?

Refunds are processed back to the card used for the order.

Does ebebek include a receipt or invoice with your order?

To minimise our carbon footprint, invoices are not sent physically. Your invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
