We do not accept responsibility or any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed delivery. Please note that our delivery service may vary due to bank holidays and during peak sale periods. However, you will receive confirmation of specific delivery details when you place your order.
The delivery options available in checkout may vary based on your purchased products’ availability and your resident location. The courier companies we are partnered with are Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. Returns are free of charge.
Our courier partners aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, factors like extreme weather, security checks, unforeseen incidents, or misroute of parcels, which are beyond our and/or their control, may cause delays. ebebek accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience arising from late or delayed delivery. In such cases, our courier partners will deliver your parcel(s) on the following working day.
