Campaigns on ebebek.co.uk website have certain conditions. The conditions for the campaign are also included in the section "campaign conditions".

Campaigns are valid under the following conditions unless stated otherwise on campaign pages:

  • All campaigns are exclusive to loyalty programme members and requires registration.
  • Products included in the campaign are limited to stock. The campaign will end automatically when the allocated stock runs out.
  • There is a purchase limit for products in the campaign.
  • Product discounts can only be combined with other product discounts, not with cart discounts.
  • If a product or multiple products have been discounted with a campaign, the refund will be made from the amount written on the invoice if one or several of these products are requested to be returned.
  • In promotions like "buy x get y free," the lowest-priced item in the shopping cart is considered free. You need to add the "free item" to your cart.
  • ebebek reserves the right to change and reduce stock quantities and stock status for products included in the campaign.
  • ebebek is not responsible for any typos in the visual material or advertisements.
  • ebebek reserves the right to make changes in the announced campaign conditions.

  • The “Any 2 for £18” promotion is not valid in our mobile app.

  • For a limited promotional period, complimentary shipping will be applied to all orders where the combined total value of the items within the Clothing & Accessories category is £9.99 or greater. 

                          Discount Codes

  • All discount coupons are valid for all products and categories except for Baby Milk and Food, Nappies, Nappy Pants, Swim Nappies and HelloBaby White Bodysuit varieties.
  • Cancellation or Return of any promotional item, discount applied to your order will be deducted from your refund.
  • ebebek reserves the right to these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with this promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms an conditions.

  • Discount codes can be used for once per invoice and customer.

  • Wonderfold Gift Campaign

    • We’re offering a free Wonderfold VW4 Volkswagen Stroller Wagon - Green (worth £2000) to the first customer who makes a single purchase of £3000 or more (including VAT) from our Travel & Home Gear category.
    • This offer is open starting from 18.08.2025.
    • If any of the products that qualify for the promotion are returned, the gifted Wonderfold product must also be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
    • The gift will be awarded to the first completed and confirmed order (based on the timestamp of successful payment confirmation).
    • Only one gift is available. Once the gift has been claimed, the promotion will end.
    • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of purchase confirmation.
