How To Use?

To use our fragrance-free, 50ml 50 + SPF Roll-on Sun Lotion for sensitive skin, simply roll it onto the skin and reapply every 1-2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating.

Usage Age: Suitable from 6 months & upwards

Protecting precious skin from sun damage: Overexposure to the sun can have serious effects on the skin, particularly on young skin. Below are our top tips for keeping little ones safe in the sun. -Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight and make sure they wear UV protective clothing and high SPF sunscreens (at least 25+). In line with NHS guidance, babies under 6 months should be kept out of the sun entirely. -Avoid intense midday sun. This is a great time to head indoors for some shade. -Do not stay too long in the sun, even when using a sunscreen product. -Reapply sun cream frequently every 1-2 hours, and always after perspiring, swimming or towelling. -Encourage your child to wear a hat to keep their face protected. -Give your child regular sips of water to keep them hydrated.

You have 30 days to request and return items, starting from the day you placed the order. We request that returns be sent back to us as soon as possible after approval; if you are close to the end of the 30 days please try to ship them to us as soon as you can. There are no fees for returns, but we retain the right to impose a fee if the return is missing components; in this instance you will be notified before the return is processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered, an exchange or refund will be offered.

The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase unless you ask for and we agree on an alternative refund method. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after reception.
If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be processed deducting the discount amount applied to the canceled or returned items.
For orders created with a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.
For your security, we cannot refund a different card or a different payment method, except to the one you made the original purchase with.
IF YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received an item that is not perfect! We endeavour to make sure you receive our products in the best possible condition but sometimes items can get damaged during shipping or have manufacturing flaws that are beyond our knowledge. Please use the returns portal to submit your returns request to us and provide photographs of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.
