Which retailers do you price match against?

We only price match reputable, established UK retailers that meet the following criteria:

  • They have a physical store in the UK.
  • They offer a similar level of customer service to ebebek.
  • They stock a comparable range of baby products.
  • They sell directly to consumers (not via third-party marketplaces).

What products qualify for a price match?

To be eligible for our Price Match Promise, the product must first display the 'Price Match Guarantee' badge on our website. If the item has this badge, the competitor’s product must also be:

  • Exactly identical in brand, model, size, and colour.
  • Currently in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery from the UK-based retailer.
  • Sold with the exact same guarantees, warranties, and conditions of sale.

Do you price match against marketplaces like Amazon or eBay?

No, we do not price match third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or private sellers (such as Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, or similar platforms). We only match direct sales from authorised UK retailers.

Do you include delivery charges in the price match?

Yes, we compare the total final price. This means we take into account any delivery charges applied by the competitor. If their product is cheaper but their delivery fee makes the total cost higher than ours, we won't be able to match the base price alone.

Can I use a discount code or promotion with a price-matched item?

No. If a price match is agreed upon and processed, you cannot apply any further discount codes, promotional offers, or free gifts to that specific item. The price match represents the final lowest price.

What if the competitor is running a discount code or promotion?

We look at the final checkout price. If a competitor is running a promotion or offering a discount code, we will do our absolute best to match that final price, provided the item is in stock and meets all our standard price match conditions.

Can I use finance options (Klarna, Clearpay, etc.) with a price match?

Yes, you can still use our available Buy Now, Pay Later finance options (like Klarna or Clearpay) on a price-matched order, as long as the total cart value meets the minimum requirements for those payment methods.

How long does a price match request take?

If you submit your request via our online form during office hours, our friendly customer care team usually reviews and replies within 60 minutes.

Can I price match after I have already placed my order?

Our Price Match Promise is primarily designed to help you before you check out. If you have already placed an order with us, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will review post-purchase price match requests on a case-by-case basis (usually within a strict timeframe, e.g., 7 days of purchase).
