How to Use?

Enock is a functional chair that will serve its purpose for many years. It is suitable from about 6 months of age (when a child is sitting on its own) up to 10 years of age. The maximum weight of a child for a feeding chair must not exceed 15 kg and for the chair for the older children: 35 kg (approx. 10 years). It serves as a feeding chair (high chair), a table chair (for an older child), but may also be used as a child's desk chair. The Enock chair fits well into standard kitchen tables. Thanks to this, your toddler will be able to share meals with you from the very beginning of their life. The chair has a wide range of height adjustment - 5-stage seat height adjustment for an older child. The safety of the child in the high chair is ensured by 3-point adjustable straps. When your child grows up, it can be removed. In addition, a safety barrier can be attached to the older child's chair.

The chair has a profiled backrest and a removable tray so that it can be wiped more thoroughly and the child can be seated more easily in the chair. What distinguishes Enock from other chairs of this type is above all the comfortable, profiled backrest as well as the possibility to adjust the footrest (feeding chair: 3 adjustment levels, a chair for the older children: 4 + option of disassembling). Apart from that, a great advantage is the selection of colour versions and timeless design - the chair is universal and will fit into most interiors. Enock is made of solid beechwood, which increases the resistance of the whole structure. Solid plywood increases the chair's robustness. The chair comes with: a detachable tray, which makes it easier to keep it clean and seat your child. An additional barrier which is used to increase the safety of a toddler in case of an older children's chair.

There are no fees for returns, but we retain the right to impose a fee if the return is missing components; in this instance you will be notified before the return is processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered, an exchange or refund will be offered.
In specific cases, certain conditions may render your orders ineligible for return:
• Damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or improper care.
• Items exhibiting obvious and excessive wear and tear.
• Items damaged by external factors such as flooding or fire.
• Personalised items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Medicine, food, and cosmetic products, which are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Products with the statement "Due to hygiene reasons, this item is non-returnable" on the product pages.
The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase unless you ask for and we agree on an alternative refund method. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after reception.
If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be processed deducting the discount amount applied to the canceled or returned items.
For orders created with a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.
For your security, we cannot refund a different card or a different payment method, except to the one you made the original purchase with.

We are sorry that you received an item that is not perfect! We endeavour to make sure you receive our products in the best possible condition but sometimes items can get damaged during shipping or have manufacturing flaws that are beyond our knowledge. Please use the returns portal to submit your returns request to us and provide photographs of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.
