Preparation and Usage

• Wash hands thoroughly and sterilise all feeding equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Check the best-before date and shake the bottle well before use.
• Pour the required amount of milk into a sterilised feeding bottle.
• Serve at room temperature or warm if preferred.
• If warmed, check the milk's temperature before feeding.
• Once weaning is established, approximately 500–600 ml of milk per day is recommended as a general guide.

Storage and Hygiene

• Store unopened bottles in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.
• Refrigerate any opened milk that has not been used for feeding and consume within 24 hours.
• Discard any milk remaining after feeding that has come into contact with your baby's mouth.
• Always follow the storage and hygiene instructions provided on the packaging.

The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase unless you ask for and we agree on an alternative refund method. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after reception.
If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be processed deducting the discount amount applied to the canceled or returned items.
For orders created with a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.
