Preparation and Usage

• Wash hands thoroughly before feeding.
• The milk can be served at room temperature or warmed if preferred.
• To warm, stand the sealed bottle in a container of hot water.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Unscrew the cap and carefully remove the aluminium foil seal.
• Attach the pre-sterilised teat directly to the bottle by holding the teat ring and screwing it securely into place.
• Check the milk's temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
• Discard the milk if it has not been used within one hour of preparation.
• Do not add cow's milk or any other food products to the formula.
• Do not heat or reheat the milk in a microwave.

Storage and Hygiene

• Never prepare your baby's bottle in advance.
• Discard any milk remaining after feeding for hygiene reasons.
• Refrigerate any opened milk that has not been used for feeding and consume within 24 hours.

The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase unless you ask for and we agree on an alternative refund method. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after reception.
If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be processed deducting the discount amount applied to the canceled or returned items.
For orders created with a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.
